2012 Anfora Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico, Garofoli, Marche, Italy



The wine cellar established by Antonio Garofoli in 1871 is located in the Marche region south of Venice by the Adriatic Sea. Garofoli is one of the most prestigious wine-cellars of this region, by now run by the 4th generation successors Gianfranco and Carlo. The white wines of Garofoli are especially valued – the rancid aftertaste characteristic to wines made of Verdicchio grapes is reduced to minimum in Garofoli products.


Anfora Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico DOC is light yellow with a bit of a green undertone. Made 100% of Verdicchio grapes.  The aroma is fruity; hawthorn and blooming almond can be felt. The taste of the wine is wonderfully juicy, fresh and spicy with a nuance of green apple.

Verdicchio is a universal fish wine, but also suits well with white meat, salads and cold appetizers. Recommended to be served at 12 °C. The wine has been bottled into traditional Verdicchio bottles. Best to be used young.

2011 Schloss Marienlay Riesling Trocken, Reichsgraf von Kesselstatt, Germany






This wine is a wonderful blend of Rieslings grown at the steep slopes of Mosel, Saar and Ruwer. Its colour is sparkling bright yellow with a greenish hue. An aromatic blend of pineapple, peach, pear and citruses. The taste is juicy, with elegant minerality and balanced acidity.


A perfect wine for a longer get-together in the evening, but is also well suited with different snacks, fish dishes and seafood.

To be served at 7–9 °C.

2011 Pinot Grigio, Livon, Collio, Italy



Livon, a family enterprise established in 1964, may be considered one of the top producers of the Friuli region in Italy. It started its operation in the most valued white wine area of Friuli, Collio that is located at the border of Italy and Slovenia. By today, the wine cellar has also expanded its property to Chianti region in Tuscany and Umbria.

Livon Pinot Grigio is made 100% of the Pinot Grigio grape variety.
The wine is straw-yellow and the hints of vanilla, lime and tender white flowers can be felt in its aroma.
Very elegant and well-structured Pinot Grigio with a long-lasting and pleasant aftertaste.

Wonderful with different salads, soups, risotto and poultry. Best to be drank at 12 °C.

Ageing potential 4–5 years.

2012 Grüner Veltliner Smaragd Terrassen, Domäne Wachau, Austria






The wine is made 100% of Grüner Veltliner grapes.
With a sparkling straw-yellow colour. The aroma is rich, with elegant fruitiness and nuances of white pepper, tobacco and nuts.  The taste is hearty and exciting – spicy, with a strongly concentrated fruitiness dominated by pear. Perfect balance of acidity, alcohol and fullness. Long-lasting aftertaste.

The wine is perfect with many dishes – fried fish or fish in a creamy sauce, fried meat, poultry and traditional Austrian dishes.

To be served at approximately 8 °C.

2011 Pouilly-Fume Les Logres, Guy Saget, Loire, France





Classic Poully from the Loire vineyards.
Made 100% of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The colour is sparkling straw-yellow with a green hue. A pure and fresh assortment of the aromas of pear and acacia. A light refreshing fruity wine that lets you sense a bit of peach and white flowers.

A good companion to seafood, white meat and goat cheese.

The best serving temperature is 7–9 °C.

Premier Cru Montmains vineyard is considered to be one of the best Premier Cru Chablis.
The wine is made 100% from Chardonnay grapes.
The aroma is mineral and fruity, with a fresh taste and power, and a slight hint of ginger, nuts and cinnamon.

Wonderful with marinated fish, tuna, salmon, grilled fish, shellfish, smoked chicken salad and white meat.

2011 Poggio al Tufo Rompicollo, Tommasi, Maremma Tuscany, Italy






The Poggio al Tufo vineyards are located close to Pitigliano, a very important Etruscan town in the Tuscan Maremma and belong to the Tommasi family since 1997. The vineyard has got its name by the volcanic soils characteristic to the grapes – „poggio“ means a hill, and „tufo“ refers to its volcanic origin.
Rompicollo is made of 60% of Sangiovese and 40% of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, its colour is intense ruby and ripe red berries can be felt in its aroma.
The wine is well-structured, berryful and with a long aftertaste.

Suits well with pasta dishes in red sauce,  white meat and fresh cheeses. To be served at 16–18 °C.
Rompicollo has won several international awards.

Made 100% of Gamay grapes.
With a bright ruby colour with violet glints. A light wine with a fresh aroma and full of flowery, fruity notes. With a velvety berry taste, elegant and pleasant with a hint of soft spiciness.

Suits well with poultry dishes, different hams, steak, sausages, grilled vegetables, fried tuna and soft cheeses.
To be served at 12–14 °C.

Best to be used in 2–4 years.

Made 100% of Pinot Noir grapes.
The aroma of this sensual ruby red wine surprises with a perfume-like burst resembling crushed raspberries and lilies. The tannic acid is especially delicate and the overall impression of the wine is delicate, but yet with a distinctive character. Joseph Drohin Rully is a wine with a feminine style.

Suits well with dishes made of veal, lightly flavoured dishes, pâté and roulades.
The best serving temperature is 14–16 °C.

Minerals, cloudberry, plum, liquorice and coffee can be felt in its aroma. The taste is full, with a nuance of ripe fruits.

With a deep brilliant red colour. With very delicate berryness, consisting of strawberry, citruses and black berries (especially blackcurrant). Vivid, but still well-balanced oaky aroma gives the wine a great balance between freshness and tannin.

Suits well with mutton, venison and high-fat cheeses. To be served at 15–18 °C.

Made of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Syrah and Grenache grapes. The grapes are picked to small baskets by hand, limited production.
Beautiful ruby-coloured wine with a slight violet shade. Hints of blueberry and blackcurrant in the aroma, supplemented by a note of mineral. Rich berryful taste. A well-balanced wine that is completed by a long-lasting velvety aftertaste.

Perfect for enjoying with dishes of red meat, for example, mutton and beef fillet. The best serving temperature is 16–18 °C.

2010 Tignanello, Marchesi Antinori, Tuscany, Italy



Marchesi L&P Antinori is a famous marquis family of Tuscany. At first, they were silk merchants, but from 1385, mostly winemakers and –merchants. The Europe’s largest owner of vineyards (3000ha) produces wine at different locations in Italy, in the New World and even in Kyrgyzstan.
Tignanello is a world-famous and stylish Italian top-range wine. 
It is made 85% of Sangiovese, 10% of Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% of Cabernet Franc grapes. This deep red, a little bit plum-like coloured wine has the aroma and strong structure of blackcurrant jam, curry and tobacco. The taste is full, tobacco-like, quite sweet, with a very mild texture, with a bit of black plum and chocolate.

Suits perfectly with red meat, venison and cheeses. To be served at 18–20 °C.
